Football memorabilia from Charlton Athletic is being sold on eBay to raise money for a sick boy.The online site is auctioning football collectibles to raise money for a sick six-year old.
In the latest auction, football collectibles up for grabs include a pair of boots signed by Frazer Richardson and a tangerine goalkeeper shirt signed by Darren Randolph, Rob Elliot and Toby Warner.
Charlton Athletic have already raised almost £3,000 and have promised to donate an extra £1,000.
The money will be going to Adam Bird who is suffering from Neuroblastoma, a children's cancer, which has its own specialist treatment because it can be very aggressive.
His father, Nick, told the Charlton Athletic Website: "People whom we've never met have been doing whatever they can to help get Adam fit and well."
He added that he was "staggered" by the help the club has provided his son, who needs the money to undergo treatment in the US because it is not available in the UK.
Around £65,000 has been raised in total from the auctions and from other donations across the country.
Charlton Athletic got involved because the son of head physiotherapist Steve Allen attends the same school as Adam.
