Art Deco Cartier inspired silver brooch set with paste stones c1930

This is a wonderful brooch in the design of a basket of flowers made of paste stones with enamel work on the leaves. The paste stones are of a very high quality and in both bezel and prong settings. This is a real masterpiece that is marked 'STERLING' indicating American manufacture.
