Art Deco sapphire and diamond bar brooch, c1920

This is a very beautiful silver brooch set with a large central sapphire stone surrounded by mine cut diamonds and square cut sapphires. It is set in silver and it is unmarked. It most likely French or German. It has a safety clasp that locks with a small machanisim so the pin is blocked.
