Horace Taylor (1881-1934), 'See India', Travel Poster, c.1930,
published by Sanders, Phillips and Co., London, SW9, showing a view of Lake Dal, Kashmir. Horace Taylor started his career as a stage designer and also as a cartoonist in the Manchester Guardian. After 1922, he concentrated on poster design, working mostly for London Transport and the Empire Marketing Board, who presumably were the patrons in this case.
