Abstract amorphous design vase, probably Viartec, Spain, mid C20th

An abstract amorphous design vase with three slender, incurving wave form sides rising from the base, the glass in shades of mottled red and blue. While slightly Murano like in style, this vase was most likely made by the glassworks Viartec THF in Spain. Similar examples carry their label as do other pieces with similar glass colour effects. Dating is to the mid twentieth century and the organic design is in keeping with some of the styles from that period.
